Most dashboards are ready within 1 week of booking. After you submit the form, we'll contact you within 24 hours to gather your café details — station count, branding, pricing — and then get to work immediately.
The Starter plan (Rs 199/mo) is great for small cafés with up to 10 stations and basic needs. The Growth plan (Rs 599/mo) is our most popular — it covers PC and console setups, full payment tracking, custom branding, and priority support. If you have multiple branches or specific requirements, the Custom plan is built around your exact workflow.
Not at all. The dashboard is designed to be simple enough that you and your staff can use it from day one without any training. We also provide a quick walkthrough during onboarding so everything is clear from the start.
Once you submit the booking form, we'll reach out within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email. We'll ask for your café name, logo, station setup, and pricing structure. From there, we build and brand your dashboard, then hand it over fully set up — usually within a week.
